{Next Gen} Havoc

now if youve been watching me for a while, you might remember that i made a next gen a while back
well im retconning and redoing it, only a few of the characters are staying and even if they are theyre being redesigned. 
Havoc was part of the original cast but i changed his design a LOT and i like it way better now :>
im gonna be redoing the rest too

Bio

Full Name: Havoc Hurricane, Prince of Sky and Storms
Build: Long, lean, slightly muscular
Parents: Discord and Celestia
Species: Draconequus 
Special Talent: causing destruction, creating storms

Personality:
A wild and free spirit unable to be held back, Havoc loved to wreak, well, havoc! he lives for causing a ruckus and leaving a trail of destruction wherever he goes. You can imagine having the desire to wreck and destroy would be difficult for someone who's supposed to be royalty. Growing up Havoc was constantly forced to control his destructive urges so he could be a presentable prince. He grew up a very angry and grouchy child, only smiling in his moments of free time when he was allowed to be himself. He didnt really start coming into his own until his teen years when he ditched his princely duties and started doing whatever he wanted. 
Havoc can sometimes be harsh and cruel without meaning to. He tends to take things too far in the name of having fun and causing mischief, not realizing hes hurting others. Hes a little self centered and in general doesnt like others, only tolerating a chosen few hes close too. but to those he considers friends he lets himself loose and is loud and boisterous, laughing often cracking jokes. Hes also fiercely protective to those he loves and isnt afraid to bring wrath to those that might hurt them
Hes vindictive and unpredictable when hurt or angry, and will often do things hell late regret.
Eventually he returns to the title of Prince, but under his own terms. Hes not the leader he was raised to be, instead he chooses to be ruler of the vast sky and makes it his duty to cause and control storms, being able to make destruction while also playing an essential role of the natural order of Equestria. 

Relationships:
Celestia-
Havoc has a complicated relationship with his mother. Growing up he was a mommas boy and loved her very much, but also resented her for trying to make him hide his true self. He didnt understand until later that in her own way she was doing it to protect him. She wanted him to be able to be himself just as much as he did, but she was scared of how the public to react to having a chaotic monster as a prince (it was already difficult enough to get ponies to accept her relationship with discord, most of them never truly accepting it) and she didnt want her beloved son to face the backlash of angry ponies. So she would train him relentlessly in the ways of how to be proper royalty, not seeing what it was doing to young Havoc. Eventually his resentment towards Celestia grew and festered until it boiled over and Havoc ran away after a hearted argument with his mother, convincing himself that he hated her for how she raised him. This broke Celestias heart and she was never the same without her son, until Havoc came back. eventually their relationship healed and now are closer than ever.
Discord-
Discord was always slightly distant from his son. Not because he wanted to, but he too shared Celestias fears of what their son would face from the public and so he distanced himself to stop himself from being a bad influence on his son. Havoc was hurt by this, thinking his father didnt care about him and treated discord coldy out of anger. Eventually its Discord that convinces Havoc to return home, and after this theyre relationship is on a rocky road to recovery.
